picture update

here i go... i don't want to leave all the pictures out that i've been organizing this last month!
so this is what we have been up too lately... 

not sure if it is even in order because i don't remember the dates. oh well. to those that still read my blog, thanks for stopping by! 

august 11-12

my AMAZING DAD graduated from BYU with his MBA

we are all SO proud of him and his example of following his dreams. what an accomplishment. 

He not only finished this in 2 years but he drove from richfield to provo 2 days a week... woke up most mornings at 5am to study etc, and still continued working daily with his job. did i already say he was amazing? i sure love you dad!

I made it home from Kansas just days before we watched him walk and be able to attend the ceremony etc. everything went great and we had a fun time. He had a great class and it was fun to meet a lot of them that he became close to. 

of course we were the LAST ones out of the building after the luncheon... we always are:) good times.

Not only did my Dad graduate that weekend but also Chelsi's husband Jake graduated with his bachelors! so proud of these two. we love you both! 

After the big graduation thursday night, both families had a big dinner celebration in their behalf at the famous Brick Oven. We had a great time.

I was able to go to the friday part and it was such a fun day.  i hadn't seen my dad smile ALL day for a while... ha. he was SO happy he was DONE!

my kids hadn't seen papa and nana since our return back to utah...  i ended up taking them to their hotel the night before and the look on their faces when they saw them... priceless.
we sure miss all our family when we were away.
