home sweet home

We Made the trip Back to utah on august 23rd.

Chelsi was able to come visit our last few days we had in Indianapolis. We were able to do a few fun things while she was there that i'll have to blog about later... She then helped me on the flight back to utah with the 3 kids as James was to drive back our car the following week. The kids did great on the airplane, considering we got to slc at 10pm which was midnight eastern time... So they were pretty exhausted but we survived!
It was so fun to have Chelsi come to Indiana. She is the best sister and Aunt to my kids, they LOVE her and were so happy to see her when we picked her up. It was probably a long 5 days for her (and her husband who told her while she was there that she can't ever leave without him again... ha )  but we loved every second of the time we got to spend with her!

It has been SO fun seeing all our family again. We missed you all SO much and we are so happy to be home.
i have lots to catch up on.... so a few post of the last few weeks coming soon:)
James just got in yesterday and the kids were so happy to see their Dad. Especially little Adam. I mean all of them missed him, but i'd say Adam is for sure a daddy's boy. He's been ornery the last few days, and really acts different when daddy isn't around, the look on his face when he saw James was priceless! so mommy is now much happier as well:) Parker asked ALL day what time he would get to see his dad and when we saw him, he hid and jumped out yelling SURPRISE!! he wouldn't leave his side all night, telling him stories/jokes and just wanted to be follow his daddy everywhere! i love it.
too bad he is leaving again soon:( but someone has to work right!?

i just have to add that i haven't had internet for 2 weeks now. I started to feel "lost" without it!  It is good to be on here again, and to catch up in the blogging world. I was missing it... haha. I'll be honest it was nice as well, but I'm glad James came home to call the comcast man and get our internet AND cable hooked up again:) husbands are so great aren't they?!! ha. it was pretty nice not having tv i must say...i missed a few shows that i had been watching... but then it was nice as well, we have spent a lot of time outside and doing fun activities (LOVING utah weather, goodbye humidity!!) 
 i need to work on not watching so much tv... hopefully i can stick with it.

we are now off to a fun weekend in Fishlake with our family! can i just say i LOVE family time! yep i do:)
